Show off your skills — or come and watch the best compete — at the Beach Town Throw Down CrossFit event in Myrtle Beach this spring. CrossFit Up Dog will host more than 500 competitors May 6-7, 2023, at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach for the event. With more than $25,000 to hand out in cash prizes, the Beach Town Throw Down is a premier CrossFit event mixing a great location with challenging events in a competitive environment. The event features four divisions allowing for competitors of varying fitness levels. Individual Competition:May 6 & 7, 2023 – No more than 4 Qualifying WODs + 1 Floater. First Heat starts at 8am – For the Divisions that will have finals, the Top 5 from each division will compete in a Final WOD.
